Thom Wham leads MasterCard’s Process & Data Governance efforts to ensure customer information and external processes are well coordinated to deliver fast, accurate and effective results.

Mr. Wham has over 24 years of experience in process design, reengineering, industrial statistics, and business process management. He is a former examiner for the Missouri Quality Award. In addition, Mr. Wham is a former judge advisor and St. Louis Regional Planning Committee member for FIRST Robotics Competitions, inspiring high school students toward careers in science, technology, and engineering.

Mr. Wham’s efforts have been recognized by USA TODAY, the Rochester Institute of Technology, the St. Louis Business Journal, InfoWorld Magazine and CIO Magazine for excellence in business-to-business customer support.
