Rick worked for 8 years for a St. Louis general contractor as a project manager. Then he co-founded Paric Corporation, a general contracting CM firm, in 1979, with Paul McKee, Jr. in St. Louis. In 1982 Paul and Rick co-founded Environ-mental Management Corporation which operated wastewater and water treatment systems for over 60 municipalities and corporations in eight states. In 2002 Rick and Paul sold EMC to the BOC Group and transferred ownership of Paric to the next generation of leadership. Rick continues his role as Director of Paric. Since retirement Rick has been involved in several charitable and volunteer construction related projects including hurricane reconstruction.
