Wayne’s career has spanned the automotive and electronics industries.  He served as Chief Manufacturing Officer for Harman International and transformed the company into the largest automotive infotainment supplier with annual sales increasing from $400 million to $4.0 billion in five years.

As Chief Operations Officer for ArvinMeritor’s Light Vehicle Systems business group, Wayne led a strategic restructuring and a successful performance turnaround of the business.  Serving as General Manager of Manufacturing Technology for General Electric, he led corporate productivity initiatives in automation, manufacturability, and operational excellence.  At Chrysler, Wayne held various leadership positons including development engineering for the initial front-wheel drive transmission.

Wayne and his wife, Ilene, live in Carmel, Indiana, and have two children, David and Abigail.  An avid bicyclist, Wayne logs more than 4,000 miles annually. He is a baseball umpire for area high schools. Wayne and Ilene also find time to travel the world.
