John started his career with General Electric Company and progressed through technology and operating positions in the appliance and consumer electronics businesses both nationally and globally. John was the Vice President of North America manufacturing and global operations strategy functions of the automotive business of Harman International while the company grew from $400 million to $4 billion over 8 years.

John has recently held positions as a manufacturing and supply chain executive with private equity backed manufacturing companies leading transformation and productivity initiatives. He currently consults and advises CEOs and operations leaders.

John and his wife Paula currently reside in Colleyville, Texas. They have 2 children. Jack is a student at Missouri S&T pursuing his computer engineering degree. Ann will graduate high school in May 2021 and study architecture. John is an avid hiker and is a mentor with his local FIRST Robotics team.
