John started his career with General Electric Company and progressed through technology and operating positions in the appliance and consumer electronics businesses both nationally and globally. John was the Vice President of North America manufacturing and global operations strategy functions of the automotive business of Harman International while the company grew from $400 million to $2 billion during his 8-year tenure.

John has held executive positions as a manufacturing and supply chain leader with private equity backed companies leading manufacturing and supply chain transformations and productivity initiatives. He currently advises CEOs and manufacturing operations leaders.

John and his wife Paula currently reside in the St. Louis area. They have 2 children. Jack is a 2021 BS Computer Engineering graduate of Missouri S&T, and Ann is in her fourth year of academic studies in architecture at Kansas State University.
