Herman is a past president of Diemakers, Inc., and was with the firm for 23 years. Diemakers sold in 1999, and at that time he left the company. Herman is now a partner in Gateway Financial Resources with an office in Hannibal, Mo. He is active in his faith and church, Arch United Methodist Church.
