Frank's entire professional career has been with Boeing, beginning in 1972, when he became a senior engineer. He later moved into positions as manager of structures design-YF22, chief engineer of Boeing's B-2 program involvement, and airframe, utilities and subsystems manager-F22, before becoming a corporate vice president and program manager for the F22 program. Frank currently serves as vice president and general manager for Advanced Technology in support of Boeing's commercial business. At UMR, he served on the Engineering School of Engineering Dean's Advisory Council and was a Chancellor's Leadership Class speaker.
