Upon graduating from UMR magna cum laude, Mary began her career at Rockwell Collins as a Systems Engineer.  She continued her career with various positions at Dell, BAE Systems, and GE. She obtained a Ph.D. from the Stevens Institute of Technology where she was a researcher at the Systems Engineering Research Center. She was a lead researcher in the work that is the genesis for the DoD Digital Engineering Strategy. She currently is an Associate Professor for the University of South-Eastern Norway and a consultant for NASA where she is supporting the digital engineering transformation efforts.

 

Mary and her husband Jason reside in Round Rock, TX.  Jason holds a BSEE (1999) and MSEE (2001) from UMR. Jason works for Monolithic Power Systems as Manager of Technical Marketing and Applications Engineer.  They have two children. Elizabeth is active in her high school theater program and looks forward to pursuing a degree in the medical field.  Victoria enjoys playing softball and is an excellent student.

 

Mary serves on the Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees in Round Rock, Texas.  She has served in many leadership and volunteer roles in her community. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
