Tom is the Director for Integration & Support Engineering, ISE, in Design & Manufacturing Engineering, DME, for Boeing Defense Space & Security. The ISE occupation is comprised of Product Review, Manufacturing, and Tool Engineers. Tom coordinates the development and deployment of processes, systems and tools for DME engineers. The DME function monitors and initiates engineer skill development and growth. Tom is also responsible for direct interaction and liaison with Operations and Supplier Management leadership for Engineering. Tom also collaborates with programs and projects to assure engineering technical excellence.
Tom has over 30 years of service at what was originally McDonnell Douglas, and is now The Boeing Company. During Tom’s career at Boeing, he has worked on numerous programs, projects and initiatives. Tom graduated from the University of Missouri at Rolla with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1973. In 1993, he completed his MBA from Webster University.
