After graduating from the Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy in 1962 as a mechanical engineer, Tom went to work for Schlumberger overseas for their Petroleum Division in Europe and North Africa.Tom returned to the U.S. to continue his education where he received a MBA in 1967.After receiving an MBA, Tom went to work for Chicago Bridge & Iron in Illinois until 1970 when he returned to Kansas City, Mo. Then he went to work in the investment area and has worked in that area and plans to continue till they carry him out. "It is great to do something you love doing."Tom has had his own independent office for the past seven years with Wachovia Securities. Tom's extensive investment experience covers the area of managing money for individuals, small companies and individual retirement planning.
