Since graduation from MSM, Tom's career with Black & Veatch has taken him all over the world, most recently to Hong Kong. Tom's leadership in the firm helped business growth in this dynamic region, where they had projects in 22 Asian countries. He had broad experience in many of the operating areas of the company, primarily in the Power Division. In 1981, he was appointed as a partner in the firm. He enjoys restoring classic Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Tom retired from Black & Veatch in 1998.
