Sue Kramp graduated from University of Missouri-Rolla in 1984 with a degree in mechanical engineering. She has worked in the aerospace industry for 36 years, at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and The Boeing Company. Sue is currently working in Boeing Defense Space and Security, as the leader of an Enterprise Strategy Team for improved methods of aircraft design/build approaches. She is an Associate Technical Fellow and the BDS Technical Focal in her subject matter.
Sue is a member of the S&T Women’s Hall of Fame for her work with the Women’s Math/Science Network. She is an active volunteer for a variety of activities including Women’s STEM activities, teaching PSR at her church, and Kappa Delta Sorority at Rolla.
Sue lives in St. Louis, Missouri. She has been married for 36 years to Dave Kramp, also a UMR grad. Sue and Dave raised four beautiful daughters. She enjoys a variety of activities including travelling, boating and visiting her children across the world.
