Steve began his career with Nooter Corporation as a Production Engineer in 1976. He transferred to Nooter Construction as a Project Engineer in 1982, and spent most of the next four years in refineries and power plants. After a year as a Sales Engineer - Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) with the Nooter cogen group, Steve transferred to the newly formed Nooter/Eriksen Cogeneration Systems in 1987. Steve served as International Sales Manager from 1993 through 1999 when he accepted the position of Managing Director of Nooter/Eriksen's joint venture with Babcock & Wilcox. Steve's contributions from the mid '90's through 2002 include the establishment of licensees in Australia, Canada, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Poland and China. From late 2000 through mid 2003, Steve played a key role in the globalization of Nooter/Eriksen's supplier base which is now centered in Asia for many of the major components. In 2009, Steve was named President of the newly formed subsidiary, Nooter/Eriksen Environmental Technologies which is currently focused on the design and supply of CFB SOx Scrubbers for coal and fuel oil fired boilers.
