About Stephen Thies

Stephen’s industrial career has spanned 40 years during which he has held senior executive positions with Purolator Products, Inc., Mark IV Automotive, Spartanburg Steel Products, and Spartanburg Stainless Products. Currently he is a Vice President with The Reserve Group, a portfolio management company, headquartered in Akron, Ohio, where he is engaged full time as CEO of Integrated Biometrics, a fingerprint biometric sensor technology company. 

He has been an active member of the Academy since 1997, where he is currently the communication committee chairman, and board member.
