Randall is the Staff Vice President - Leggett Business System Office. He leads a team of internal business consultants to help Leggett & Platt's numerous branches around the globe achieve operational excellence. His team lead tehe implementation and change managment for Leggett's strategic initiatives which include deploying Sales and Operations Planning, Upgrading Financial and Performance Management systems and business processes, leading a corporate Customer and Product Profitability initiative, and optimizing and synchronizing the supply chain. These initiatives are developing the foundation for our business operating model, the Leggett Business System.

Randall has held various positions as Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, VP of Engineering, General Manager, Group VP of Operations and Senior Consultant. Prior to his Leggett career, he had been employed by General Electric Aircraft Engines, Paul Mueller Corporation, Able Body Corporation, Vermeer Manufacturing and Simpler Consulting. As a consultant his clients included KBHome, Snap-On Tools, Lockheed Martin, and Armstrong.
