Mike is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Mike retired in June 2005. He last served as President and COO of TNP Enterprises, the holding company for Texas, New Mexico Power Company and First Choice Power. Prior to that he held the postion of President of the Electric Business Unit of PPL Corp, Senior Vice-President of the Electrical Business Unit at Long Island Lighting and President and CEO of DB Riley Consolidated, Inc.
