Louis is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company, a leader in engineering and manufacturing commercial electric heaters, industrial heaters, and all other elements of complete thermal systems. He converts novel technologies and products from research and development projects to stand-alone product lines. He leads teams that create solutions in demanding thermal system applications in a diverse array of markets including semiconductor, energy processing, food preparation, medical, life science and others. Louis also manages development groups which design and build automated manufacturing equipment for Watlow. He led the development of the first polymer-based and thick film printed and plasma sprayed electric heaters for industrial use. In addition, Louis holds over 20 issued U.S. patents, with several others pending. Louis held a variety of progressively more responsible positions with Watlow. Louis has also been a machine designer with Industrial Automation, Inc., and project engineer with Orchard Corporation of America. Louis enjoys helping young people gain confidence and realize their potential. He enjoys serving others as a Stephen Minister.
