They recently moved their home and business to the Indianapolis Indiana area to be near more of their family. John & Sue are active in their local church, the Gideon Ministry, Young Life an outreach to high school students, and YoungLives outreach and support for teen moms. John has participated in 11 mission trips (4 with Sue). Several were to the Russian Republic (English camps), with the most recent a sports camp to Nicaragua where basic baseball instruction was provided including opportunities to share their Christian faith. A special memory was getting to know one of the local ministry staff named Ozzie with whom I shared one of my favorite Cardinal Tee shirts summarizing Ozzie Smith’s career. John and Sue love to travel to scenic and historic places. John likes all outdoor sports and activities especially sailing.
