Upon graduating from UMR summa cum laude, Tony began his career with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing in St. Louis, serving in various design engineering and project leadership positions both on production aircraft programs including the F/A-18 Hornet & Super Hornet, F-15 Eagle, and 777X commercial airliner and on advanced design programs. Currently Tony is a Senior Structures Design Lead supporting Boeing Phantom Works research and development projects.
Tony and his wife Lois are natives of the St. Louis metro-east area in southern Illinois. Lois works at Washington University in St. Louis as the Director of Accounting Operations. Their daughter Megan is a special needs adult and son John is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and works in a high school special education program.
Tony is involved in Special Olympics sports and social activities with his daughter and enjoys playing golf and cycling.
